Here’s the view from my quilting chair:

I’ve just started down the long road to stipple the background of a king-size quilt. I’m hoping to get the stippling done in about 12 days and I’ll probably go through about 3,000 meters of thread. Read the rest of this entry »

Where do great designs come from? Sometimes they come in dreams! Really, no kidding. I was working on my entry for the New Quilts from an Old Favorite contest last fall, and I woke up one morning after dreaming that I was working on a completely different quilt!
